The collective team

Suzie Follett

Suzie is a qualified social worker, graduating from Deakin University, with a diverse background across youth work, outdoor education, hospitality, and seasonal work in alpine environments. These experiences have shaped a grounded, person‑centred approach and a strong respect for peoples lived experience.

Suzie now specialises in specialist support coordination within the NDIS, working alongside individuals with multiple and complex needs, including people involved in the Justice and Mental Health systems and those living with dual diagnoses. Suzie's practice is trauma‑aware, strengths‑based, and recovery‑oriented, with a strong focus on upholding choice, control, dignity, and self‑determination.

Suzie’s experience includes supporting participants facing significant psychosocial and systemic barriers to navigate the NDIS, engage across complex service systems, and build stable, meaningful, and sustainable supports. I bring a collaborative, ethical, and advocacy‑focused approach, grounded in professional integrity and reflective practice in line with the AASW Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

Suzie is also a mum of two, and outside of work spends most of her time outdoors with her kids — camping, gardening, and enjoying simple family life.

Hailey Goins

Hailey is an experienced social worker who recently held a role at Huddle Community Services, as a Specialist Support Coordinator, supporting NDIS Participants who had complex needs.

Hailey has a Masters degree in Social work from RMIT and over the last ten years has had various volunteer and paid roles in disability, family violence, government, housing, child protection and the out of home care system. Hailey sees professional integrity as the basis for every engagement and values transparency, and self-determination in work with her clients. Hailey is also a mother to three boys, and enjoys baking sourdough, gardening, swimming, and reading in her spare time.

Tim Willick

Tim has worked in the NDIS space for over four years, supporting individuals with psychosocial disability to navigate supports, services, and the challenges of everyday life. His experience includes two years working directly as a support worker and two years as a Specialist Support Coordinator, giving him a strong understanding of both frontline support and higher-level coordination for people with complex needs.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from Swinburne University, which informs his calm, respectful, and thoughtful approach to working with people and their support networks. Alongside his NDIS experience, Tim brings a diverse professional background across architectural drafting, accommodation management, passenger transport, and hands-on maintenance and outdoor work. This broad experience has shaped a grounded work style built on clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through. Tim is committed to supporting people with honesty, consistency, and care—helping them feel understood, supported, and more confident in navigating their world.
